But through it all, she was always writing. After quietly publishing Highlander fanfic in the early 2000s (yes, it’s still online—be kind), she eventually shifted to novels full of character-driven fantasy and emotional fallout. When she’s not writing, she’s directing the Filk Music Track at Dragon Con, dabbling in freelance dev work, or diving into her latest potential Apocalypse Skill™. Lately, that’s embroidery.
