Anne Armistead writes love stories about second chances at love, set in the past and present. Her romance sub genres include historical, historical paranormal, time travel, and sweet contemporary. Anne has been awarded the Georgia Author of the Year Award in the historical category twice (2024 and 2019). Her time travel fantasy A TRYST IN PARIS was selected as a 2024 Georgia Romance Writers Maggies Finalist, a Killer Nashville Top Pick, a Romance Writers of America Romance Through the Ages Finalist, and Georgia Author of the Year romance category finalist.
Anne earned her English literature degree from the University of Georgia and MFA in Creative Writing from Spalding University. She is a member of the Atlanta Writers Club and the Georgia Romance Writers.
When Anne is not writing, she’s reading the latest cozy mystery, taking nature walks, supporting charities, and watching BBC television. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their two grown daughters and totally spoiling their two grandsons and four granddogs.
